In the Houston heat, your plants may struggle to withstand the climbing temps in the long summer season. In this class, we'll go over the best methods to ensure that your plants stay hydrated and thriving! We will go over how to make ollas, which are home-made unglazed clay pots used for irrigation, and demonstrate other handy water-smart gardening techniques.
This class is part of a series. Any participant is welcome to drop in on any class. During the 2nd half of class, we may work in local gardens, so come dressed for gardening if you'd like to join us!
