Not your ordinary herb class! Often we look at herbs and are only knowledgeable about one or two ways to use them. In this class, we'll take an in-depth look into some of the most commonly grown herbs such as mint, oregano, basil, rosemary, and go into the many uses of these wonderful herbs. We'll discuss perennials, annuals, how and when to plant your herbs, their culinary uses, substantial health benefits, and nutrient density.
Herb seeds will be given to all participants.
