Basil, dubbed the "king of herbs" from its Greek origins, deserves recognition for thriving in Houston's heat. It loves a summer garden. Learn about beautiful basil varieties, how to best grow them, and how to properly harvest, store, and preserve this delicate herb.

As a bonus, we will have recipes to share (bring your own if you'd like), in addition to some herb plants to take home.
