    This four-part module is open to Permaculture Design participants who are part of the certification program and completed our prerequisite classes: Sustainable Living Through Permaculture classes 1 & 2.
     

    Class 1: April 7 at Trees for Houston, Bauer Education Center
    Class 2: April 14 at Trees for Houston, Bauer Education Center
    Class 3: April 21 at Nature Center in Southwest Houston. Time: 10:00am-3:00pm
    Class 4: April 28 At Japhet Creek Community, 4500 Billy St, Time: 10:00am-5:00pm

    In this module we will combine nature study of Texas and our bioregion; prairies, woodlands, and watersheds, along with the exploration of restoration based on permaculture principles and its implications for sustaining our planet. Class will meet in the classroom for the first two Sundays and then in the field for further study, observation and design and hands-on work in restoring nature.

    Coordinated by Carol Burton of the Permaculture Guild of Houston. The Permaculture Guild of Houston are presenters certified by the Permaculture Institute of North America, in addition to our recent graduates and local experts.
