To plan for a summer garden is to consider plants that can withstand soaring temperatures. In this class, we'll go over spring garden maintenace leading into the summer, and what summer crops to consider. We'll also discuss preparation for summer planting where we'll go over spacing, the big summer 3, and preparation for planting sweet potatoes.

Janice Brown has over 20 years of gardening experience on the Gulf Coast. She is the owner of On the Grow Garden coaching service which has been serving the Houston metro area for 10 years. She's a Master Gardener and Master Naturalist who uses her extensive knowledge to coach new gardeners to gardening success.
