  • Here in Houston, you can expect the summers reach temperatures in the triple digits, and humidity that will have you sweating in minutes. We can take the heat, but some plants typically have a harder time sticking it out. In this class, we'll go over planning your planting around the heat, and sustainable watering techniques such as mulching, irrigation methods, and rain barrels. We'll also discuss monthly do's and don'ts, summer planting, and maintenance tasks.
