Tamika Caston-Miller is a yoga futurist & educator living a creative life as an urban farmer florist, garden designer, and conscious community builder. Founder of The Ranch Houston and Ashe Yoga Collective, she helps people live more nature integrated lives in service to collective healing and community repair. Tamika’s approach to growing, farming, and gardening is guided by the permaculture principle of People Care. She views tending the land as a practice of ancestral remembering and soul tending, and aims to rebuild connection to the nature, community, and Self.
