  • Turn your herb garden into a beautiful apothecary with Joanna Botvin and Justin Duncan! For each of a dozen seasonal herbs, we will discuss the basics of planting and care, but also how to use, enjoy, and learn from them. The class will include creative culinary applications for each herb, but also a bit about their interesting chemistry, botany, nutritional and medicinal benefits, history of use, and ecological significance. Herbs for teas, salves, and pollinators will be among the herbs discussed.
This class will be held in 2 parts: the first part will be held on October 11th, and the second will be held on October 25th.
