Success with fruit trees starts with proper planting and continues with the first three years of training. Mastering these steps can lead to healthier, more productive trees that live longer, have fewer issues, and are less work overall. This free class features a Powerpoint presentation that covers the methods used for temperate and sub-tropical fruit trees.
Presenter:Randall Mosman, Urban Harvest’s Community Garden Outreach Manager, has been growing rare fruits on the Gulf Coast and in the Houston area for 20 years. He has a background in the arts which has taken him around the world where he has become familiar with a number of fruits not easily found in this region.
