Fall herbs are the perfect way to refresh your garden after the summer heat. This class will focus on annual and perennial herbs. We’ll discuss the best ways to successfully grow several of the most common herbs and the most common ways these herbs are used.

She also received her Master's degree in Agriculture Science from Texas A&M, and currently serves as the Director of Education with Urban Harvest where she oversees the Community Garden Program, school glasses and programs as well as the educational classes. Prior to that Kim was the Harris County Extension Agent for Prairie View University where she facilitated educational workshops and classes for farmers and urban gardeners. For the past six years Kim has been one of the Harris County Master Gardeners, and was awarded the Outstanding Service Award in 2020. She’s been featured on several news channels, in many blogs, newsletters, and educational speaking engagements. During her down time she loves to garden, paint and make soap.
