    Permaculture is holistic design approach to ecological based solutions for agriculture and energy-conscious ways to design gardens, our homes and satisfying living arrangements that are sustainable. In this class, an overview of what permaculture is will be covered along with the core ethics, urban design strategies and forest gardening techniques.

    Carol Burton, Director of Permaculture

    Randall Mosman is Urban Harvest's Community Gardens Manager and has been growing rare fruits on the Gulf Coast and in the Houston area for 20 years. He has a background in the arts which has taken him around the world where he has become familiar with a number of fruits not easily found in this region.
